OCRA AuxComm Training Net

A Saturday morning net on the OCRA 442.150+ repeater serving Orange County amateur radio operators and ARES volunteers. Sessions range from a brief roll-call to full emergency communications training led by the Orange County Emergency Coordinator. Net controls sign up on the air — typically at the last net of the previous month.

Triangle Wednesday Night 6 Meter Net

A long-running rag-chew net on the WR4AGC repeater system. The net originally ran on the 147.225 repeater in Hillsborough before moving to the 145.450– on TV Hill in Durham in 2016. Both repeaters are sometimes linked during net time. All licensed amateurs welcome — check in via radio or EchoLink.

Don’t Fear, Terrorizing TVs Continue!

For anyone that is worried, the TV scrap project continues in Wilson’s Land of Magic. The power supply is finished, and we’re now working on a transmitter (maybe two). The next dates will be April 26th and May 17th at 3PM in Wilson’s basement (the LOM).
